A: Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy or BPH is a normal part of aging in over 50% of men over 50 . It usually produces difficulty in urination as it grows and compresses the urethra .Several drugs can slow the growth or shrink the gland and in severe cases the center of the prostate can be widened by surgery allowing normal urinary flow (TURP ) BPH in itself does not cause prostate cancer but can be a sign of it so annual PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen ) testing is mandatory to see if a sudden change would necessitate a biopsy to rule out prostate cancer .
Any so called massage therapies are useless and a waste of time and money better spent on medical followup for your condition .

A: If you go to a sperm bank you will have to masturbate and ejaculate into a cup in order to get a sufficient amount of healthy sperm. Contrary to what has been said on this site the sperm is stored in the epididymis, a narrow, tightly-coiled tube connecting the efferent ducts from the rear of each testicle to its vas deferens. During ejaculation the smooth muscle in the walls of the ductus deferens or vas deferens contracts reflexively, thus propelling the sperm forward into the ejaculatory duct and to the prostate and picks up fluid from the seminal vesicle where it enters the prostate. Milking the prostate without ejaculation won’t give you much if any sperm, just prostate fluid.
