Q: Does an unhealthy or enlarged prostate effect sexual stamina and if so why?
I am a relatively young man, but I have been experiencing problems lasting a long time during sex. My libido is still very high because I am so young so I can achieve orgasm several times in a short period of time which most of the time makes up for my short initial sexual encounter. I have also noticed that I am peeing more frequently and I am having trouble holding my bladder for a while once I do get the urge that I have to pee. I have not had my prostate checked to see if it is enlarged, but I was just wondering if a possible enlarged prostate could be the reason I climax quickly during intercourse.

A: You need to see a doctor. You may have a kidney, bladder, or prostate infection. Try drinking more water and go see a doctor. An enlarged prostate would make it hard for you to climax and would cause problems having and maintaining and erection. It seems more like a bladder or kidney infection. Go see a doctor.

Q: how do older men get younger women, what is the trick?
my dad is 54, his current gf who is about a month pregnant is 24 and i do see wedding bells for them down the road. since he turned 50, he divorced his 2nd wife and really begun dating women between 20 and 25! he got two of them pregnant, while at the same time his health was tipping. when he turned 50, he found he had diabetes and was suffering from bph enlarged prostate which he still does today, not to mention high cholesterol, a gallstone and a his share of kidney stones and high blood pressure. i remember him not really having a best diet, no fruit, rarely drank water either. in his mid 30’s he passed his 1st kidney stone & said it was an eye opener, but continued to get them through the years and still not do much about it. how does an older guy like with the health problems get all the young hot women? do women care whether or not the guy they’re having a baby with as all of these health problems? thats he passed his share of kidney stones? my mom said he probably yelled or screamed when the stone came out of his “you know?” and said its just like having a baby for a man. wouldnt all of the stone affect sexual performance for a man? i just cant imagine having a pee out a solid, hard rock through my johnson, let alone having my young hot gf hear me scream from it!

Q: Sex sensation replaced with having to pee sensation, help! penis damage? permanent?
Hello. I am a young man early 20s. Ever since last week when my girlfriend gave me oral sex (and this isnt new, we have been together for years and have had sex and oral sex many times), my penis has been different sexually and cannot orgasm the same! Now everytime I masturbate, instead of feeling the good feeling, I feel a little bit of the good feeling overlapped mostly by a the feeling of urine coming up/having to urinate! Orgasm is not the same too, as it feels like i am about to urinate as I orgasm or, if you are a man, the feeling of ejaculation/orgasm when you know that you have to pee but are too lazy to(except I have dont to pee, and pee right before I start). When I ejaculate I believe it is semen that comes out, but the orgasm is not satisfying at all, imagine having to pee feeling + about to ejaculate feeling! I am so afraid because its been almost week and many sessions since and its still the same…I am afraid sex will never be the same for me and I can never enjoy it again…that something inside my penis has been damaged for some reason since last week with my girlfriend…….help!! what is wrong?? Perhaps something is putting pressure on my bladder when I masturbate? wtf is wrong HELP

-No, I havent noticed any burning when peeing
-I haven’t had sex since, so I dont know how that would feel or if the pee sensation comes, only masturbated and also rubbed self on partner once

id like to add, I think my semen has been more watery lately. With feeling like I have an urge to urinate during masturbation/ejaculation, is it possible urine actually does come up with the semen?

A: You might want to read up on Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome for men.

It turns out the pelvis is wired up rather badly. The nerves come together before they get to the spine, and sometimes sensation from one area can be felt in another. It is called referred pain. It can come from damage to the nerves, or from spasms in pelvic muscles.

It is usually diagnosed as prostate problems, although there is no bacteria found. Urologists just give you antibiotics anyway, go figure. In fact, it has nothing to do with the prostate.

It isn’t damaging, just scary and usually painful.

The main thing to do if this keeps up is to see a urologist and get any other problems ruled out.

If they can’t find anything, read the book “Headache in the Pelvis” by Dr Anderson, a urologist at Stanford.

Q: whats causing this frequent urination condition?
Hello, I’m a young man in my 20’s and i have a frequent urination condition. My prostate is not enlarge and i’m not diabetic. I will urinate both days and night very often. Sometimes when i urinate, i have to wait for a few second for the urine to come out and lots of times not a lot urine comes out. Further to the frequent urination condition, my erection has weaken. A: Both of those symptoms indicate a weak PC muscle. This muscle is responsible for both starting and stopping the flow of urine as well as erection strength and holding power.

Fortunately, performing PC exercises (also called kegel exercises) will improve your PC muscles greatly.

As for the issue of over urination, see a doctor as this may be a separate health issue.

Q: how does my dad get the younger women like he does?
since my dad turned 50, he’s had more than a few young, hot, gorgeous women! In fact, he’s gotten 3 of them pregnant! Yes, I know! One was 20, 22 and 25. the one he is currently with is 23, and stunning, the stuff dreams are made of. shes a director or in some sort of management for one of those big time fitness places, the upscale huge type of place. a buddy of mine who is a member there sees her frequently, but doesnt know her personally. he said he’s seen her giving tours of the place to people and that type of thing & has occasionally seen her get on the elliptical machine which turns out to be a big bouncy show! this woman has big boobs, nice butt, great legs, just a great body and shes really fit. A: i believe for some men aging, their just wanting someone who is more attracted, and can be manipulated. it seems that your dad is looking for someone who can satisfy his needs. is your mom and dad are together?

Q: Should my husband get circumsized?
My husband has always battled urinary/kidney problems since turning 40. He is now 53 & since I am quite a bit younger, we are in the process of having a family. I know he has passed several kidney stones, bladder problems, etc. We’ve been married for 3 yrs & in that time he’s developed an enlarged prostate & has passed 15 kidney stones & gets a UTI 5-6 times a year. His urologist told him he should consider getting circumsized because the trapped bacteria is causing the UTI’s which could be contributing to everything else, & not helping his cause. Should he do it? I’ve never heard of this helping. How will this affect our sex life? I heard it would. Our sex life is great right now, we’re in the process of trying to conceive our 3rd baby & wouldn’t want to ruin a good thing for both of us. opinions on a man is age getting circumsized?
